  • Thi Pham
    D.P.M.

    Dr. Pham is the founder of Foot Specialists of Tri-County. She treats a number of foot and ankle conditions at three podiatry clinics. Dr. Pham is a podiatrist in Winnsboro and Pittsburg, Texas with 15 years of experience. She recently has new office in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Dr. Pham offers both surgical and nonsurgical treatments for a wide range of podiatric conditions. 

    Dr. Pham graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Biology in 1995. Five years later in 2001, she graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating, Dr. Pham completed a podiatric medicine & surgical residency at University of Texas Health Science at San Antonio in 2005. She moved to Winnsboro, Texas since then. Dr. Pham has been married to her great husband, Franklin Tran, for 19 years. Together they have four beautiful children, Johnathan, Emily, Nathan and Keaton. 

    Dr. Pham's goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive orthopedic care to each of her patients. She takes the time to get to know her patients and treat all their foot and ankle concerns. 

  • Joel Robinson
    D.P.M. , M.S.Med.Ed

    Dr. Joel Robinson is the newest associate at Foot Specialists of Tri-County. Dr. Robinson has returned to Dallas after completing a surgical residency specializing in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery in Erie, Pennsylvania. Dr. Robinson completed his undergraduate education at the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He completed his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University, College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. While he was in residency, he achieved a Master’s of Science in Medical Education from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania.

    Dr. Robinson completed a three-year surgical residency at LECOM/Millcreek Community Hospital. In his final year of residency, Dr. Robinson served as Chief Resident . This residency program provided him with the highest possible level of education available for Podiatric surgeons. He receives high accolades from his peers and mentors.

    Dr. Robinson’s motto is to serve. His desire is to help patients to be healthy, and strives to provide them with the comfort and care that they need to resolve whatever foot/ankle issues that are affecting their quality of life. Dr. Robinson’s passion is to provide the best possible care, and ultimately make sure that his patients resume a healthy lifestyle.  He looks forward to seeing you and providing you with the best possible care.
